The activity of the first bakery enterprise in the south of SSR Moldova was initiated starting with the official registration date of December 1, 1946.
On 01.06.1995 the bakery enterprise from Cahul becomes as a legal form of organization: abbreviated name: “CAHULPAN” S.A. Form of incorporation: created as a result of the reorganization by transformation of the Leasing Enterprise “The bakery in CAHUL” (nR.136000722 of 10.08.1992), with right of successor. Thus, according to the data from the Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities no. 118 of 18.03.2022, currently, the competent name of the company is: “CAHULPAN” joint-stock company, with headquarters in the Republic of Moldova MD-3900, Cahul city, Păcii str. 20.
According to the legal statute, the company is a legal entity that carries out its activity under the law of the Republic of Moldova “On joint-stock companies”. Currently, the company S.A. “CahulPan” pays special attention to the product policy, possessing a very varied assortment as well as a high potential to widen the assortment range of production depending on the market requirements. For 75 years, this factory experienced a constant rise, creating new jobs and offering opportunities to employees, not least in increasing incomes. The company is a VAT payer, honoring its payments to the state budget.
