The first bakery enterprise in the south of SSR Moldova was initiated starting with the official registration date of December 1, 1946, as a state enterprise. In 1995 (February 28) the state company is privatized and registered as a joint-stock company with private capital. For 76 years, we have been investing in the quality of our products, being essential products. Our aspiration is to continue the diversification of healthy and quality products as well as to expand the sales market in the bakery field.
In all these years, this factory experienced a constant rise, creating new jobs and offering opportunities to employees, not least in increasing incomes. The company is a VAT payer, honoring its payments to the state budget.
In December 2020, a new management team was created, which set as its goals: the modernization of the technological processes for processing bakery products, the diversification of healthy and quality products, as well as the expansion of the sales market in the field of bakery, pastry and confectionery.
